This webinar, hosted by the Export Compliance Training Institute (ECTI) and presented by Melissa Proctor of Miller Proctor Law PLLC, will provide clarity on the scope of the new tariffs, provide U.S. importers, manufacturers, and retailers with a firm understanding of the new requirements, as well as effective strategies for minimizing supply chain disruptions. Specific topics will include:

The webinar will provide PowerPoint slides and include live video and commentary from Melissa Proctor, founder of Miller Proctor Law PLLC in Scottsdale, Arizona. For more than 22 years, Melissa has advised companies on a wide array of issues involving compliance with the customs, export, and international trade laws and regulations, as well as embargoes and economic sanctions programs.
